These terms are an agreement between you and Elena Gukasova ("AIM", "we"). By using the AIM app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to what they cover. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What AIM is

AIM is a habit tracker and mood journal with guided exercises, articles, tests and an AI helper. It is a self-help tool for everyday well-being.

2. Not medical or professional advice

AIM is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric or financial advice. Content and AI replies are general information and may be wrong or incomplete. Do not use AIM to diagnose or treat any condition and do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read in the app. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately.

3. Your account and age

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your country requires). You can use AIM without registering; Sign in with Apple is optional and lets you keep your habits on several devices. Keep your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account in Settings → Profile.

4. AIM+ subscription and purchases

• AIM+ is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and annually. The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country and currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• In-app crystals are a virtual item without cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• AIM+ features may change over time. We will not remove paid access you are already entitled to during the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not try to break or bypass security, tamper with streaks, crystals or purchases, interfere with our servers, scrape or reverse engineer the app, or use the AI helper to create content that is illegal, harmful or that targets other people. We may limit or stop access if you do.

6. Your content

You own what you write and store in AIM. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and process it to run the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your journal stays on your device and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own iCloud.

7. Our content

The app, its design, texts, illustrations and exercises belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes through the app.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep AIM running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if the changes are important we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use AIM after an update means you accept it.

9. Liability

AIM is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content or AI replies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Ending

You can stop using AIM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms.
